hello world

Laborism is based on the belief that people (labor) not capital should have the ultimate power in any economic system. Laborists, those believing that Laborism is the optimal form of economic organization, are advocates of democracy and free markets. The guiding principle is that people that work for a company should own the company. Only those working for a company should be shareholders in the company whereas investors can provide capital in the form of loans or bonds and are entitled to make a fair return on their investment. Democracy needs to be applied to companies. For too long they have been autocracies or oligarchies. Each person that works full time for a company should have an equal vote for the members of the board of directors. The objective of the company is not the maximization of profit but rather the maximization of the happiness of the people employed by the company. Obviously, since the company must stay in business to satisfy its employees profit remains a central issue. Employees as shareholders will if the board of directors chooses receive dividends from the profit of the company. So again profit will be of enormous importance. If you think these ideas are worthy of exploration, please add you input. Thanks
